The country style kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland.
This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open plan kitchen - Living area with open fire and TV - Dining area - Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 - Family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower Outside this seaside holiday cottage is an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and a picnic table provided.

Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

Hi we enjoyed our stay, however the lack of WiFi and limited TV channels and the fact that the dvd player didn't work made nights in a bit boring. Heater in single upstairs bedroom didn't work. A bathroom downstairs would be nice. Water pressure not great
But location great and this is our 2nd year back

Miły i komfortowy domek dla rodziny. Super ogródek. W dogodnej lokalizacji. Wyposażony w niezbędne sprzęty kuchenne. Bardzo spokojna i cicha okolica. Gospodarze bardzo mili i nastawieni na współpracę z gośćmi.
Mieliśmy problemy z niesprawnym prysznicem. Natomiast trzeba przyznać, że menadżerka bardzo starała się wszystko możliwie jak najszybciej naprawić.

A lovely small holiday home . Spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly and it was very well appointed. Excellent location in a small group of well maintained holiday homes. Very suitable for families.
