A superb holiday location nestled on the edge of the Cornish village of North Petherwin, between Launceston and the Camel Estuary.
Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140-acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat.
These two barn conversions retain much of their original charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework and are presented to a very good standard.
There is even access to the lake with wild garden, cabin and BBQ area (no BBQ).The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers.
The coast boasts sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring rock pools.
Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally.
The historic market town of Launceston is just 7 miles away and the Eden Project is an easy drive.

Great cottage we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Every thing we needed was there although some items are showing signs of wear but did not distract from the overall enjoyment. The welcome bottle of wine and box of chocolates was a nice touch. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. would highly recomend and would love to return one day,

A fantastic and tranquil location with great hosts. The cottage is spacious, well laid out and equipped for all your needs. Id thoroughly recommend this accommodation a short drive to Launceston or Bude in the opposite direction.

Beautiful and comfortable cottage in lovely setting. The cottage is well equipped with all you need, the only thing missing was a hairdryer. Nice welcome of milk, eggs, wine and chocolates.
