Lovely property with aspect into woodland. Instant hot water was a wonderful surprise.No instructions for tv and dvd plus missing potato peeler and dishes with lids were a drawback but didn't spoil our overall enjoyment.Thoughtful welcome tray thanks.Would stay again.

The cottage and location are beautiful and a great place for a relaxing break. . Internet is very poor and no local amenities in walking distance but not far from Steyning and some good pubs within a few miles. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but it is comfortable and clean.

Superb quiet location in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by forest, but ideal as a base for exploring South Downs area.
Cottage comfortable and well equipped but a little 'tired'in some areas.
Would certainly use again.
