We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bormes-les-Mimosas, this charming air-conditioned flat with sea view, shared swimming pool, of a surface of 36 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 10 m², a kitchenette, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine, a bathroom and a terrace.
We are waiting for you.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 10 m² with TV and sofa bed. - A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven with grill, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - A mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200). - A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside : - A large shared infinity pool within the residence (not heated), open from April to October, fenced by a secure gate for children. - A private terrace of about 7 m², facing South, with furniture to enjoy the nice days and good meals with a view on the hills and the sea.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dish-washer, high chair, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, in a very pleasant and quiet environment on a secondary road.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema...
Activities : For those who like walking, the old medieval village of Bormes-Les-Mimosas and the sandy beach of Le Lavandou are about 20 minutes away on foot.
During your stay you can go hiking on the GR 90, enjoy various water activities, the swimming pool and petanque within the residence.
Visit the surrounding towns and the Var hinterland.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the basement car park, a numbered space (1 vehicle), accessible to all types of vehicles less than 2 m high.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Hyères train station located at about 28 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located about 27 minutes away by car.
Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - No arrivals outside the specified times.

La Lavandière Nice apartment with an extraordinary view. The pool was great and the location is awesome. The parking spot very small which was the only issue there. But besides that, our stay there was perfect!

🙂 Très facile pour récupérer les clés c est très bien expliqué par mail. Logement très bien situé très bien équipé,propre calme piscine très agréable ,. Petit plus je dirais la plancha qu on a vraiment apprécié !!
Nous avons très bien dormi literie au top .
