The magnificent Villa Bank Two offers style and comfort teamed with breathtaking views of Kalkan's bay.
This three-bedroom villa packs a punch with sauna, gym facilities and private heatable* infinity pool. From the moment you enter, you'll be face-to-face with sea views thanks to the incredible full-length windows and glass doors.
The open-plan living space is furnished with modern and chic pieces to compliment the views.
The lounge has a comfortable seating area, Smart Tv and can be climate controlled using the air conditioning to heat or cool to your liking.
The modern kitchen is fitted with high-spec appliances for ease during your stay.
Downstairs there is a second lounge with further comfortable seating, TV and also a laundry/utility area.
Also on this level, you'll find the large bedroom containing 4 single beds which can be combined to offer 2 doubles.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and storage space as well as ensuite shower rooms, with an additional shower room on the ground floor.
The exterior terrace and balcony areas of this villa are fantastic and one of the many reasons we love it.
There is seating at every level for you to enjoy the views of the glistening waters and luscious landscape surrounding.
The main terrace has alfresco dining facilities, a brick-built barbeque and sun loungers surrounding the inviting infinity pool. When you want to get out and explore the local area you won't have far to go to.
The nearest beach, restaurants, bars and shops are all under 700m away.
But, if you want to explore the main resort head just a short drive around the coast where there's an even larger offering, including the weekly market in Akbel. Please note this property contains Internal/External horizontal railings (ladder effect).
Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.

Villa was incredible, it looked good enough in the photographs but even they don't do it justice. So spacious and modern, so much thought has been put in to the interior design and no expense spared. Plenty of new crockery, glassware and cutlery in the kitchen, easily enough for 6 people. Views are incredible, and a variety of outside furniture and space to choose from. Can't wait to return!

Villa Bank Two is simply stunning! We have visited Kalkan 5 times before staying here, and we have stayed at different villas each time. This is by far the best spec wise and it has been furnished to a very high standard. The only downside was no shallow end to the pool and the views aren't quite as...
