Restaurants, bars and shops as well as the marvellous old town within walking distance. Lake and promenade approx. 5 minutes away. Private car parking space. Pets are not allowed. Up to 4 persons. The approx. 90 m² large 3½-room flat is tastefully modernly furnished and is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house on the „Strada Valle Cannobina“. Within a few minutes you are right in the heart of the romantic old town of Cannobio with its shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, and modern comforts such as satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine, combined with tasteful modern furnishings, offer a good basis for a successful holiday. There is an approx. 15 metre balcony with awning and an approx. 80 metre garden to relax in. The latter is occasionally used by the tenant on the 1st floor as a passageway to his car parking space. If you would like to share all your experiences with the rest of the world, free WLAN Internet access is available for navigating the Internet. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the passenger boat landing stage and the two public beaches can be easily reached on foot within 10 minutes. Those who also enjoy hiking or cycling will find the „Casa Franca“ an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities. The flat has a private car parking space behind the house.
