We are offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Argelès-sur-Mer, just 50 metres from the beach.
It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 16 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe - A bathroom with shower and washing machine - A separate toilet Outside: The flat is ideally situated in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Argelès-sur-Mer station, approximately 6 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate surcharge.

Plage à côté très bien
Pas d'état des lieux à notre arrivée nis en partant, volets et carreaux pas propre,et j'en passe photos à l'appui.pas insonorisé.
