The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in La Bresse, this charming 42 m² apartment with mountain view and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
Outside :
- A 12 m² balcony with a garden table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 chiliennes to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities
- Departure point for numerous hikes and snowshoe hikes
- Skiing
- Lake and water sports
- Summer sledging
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Colmar, about 53 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Aérodrome Mulhouse Habsheim approx. 1 h 15 min away.
Other remarks :
- The sliding doors in the bedroom break the view and the daylight can be seen.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The nearest ski slopes are within walking distance (approx. 450 m).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
