We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Located near the sea, the apartment is fully equipped and has : - a sleeping area with a double bed ; - a shower room ; - a fully equipped kitchen; - and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: television, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hair dryer, iron, wifi...
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the Port de l'Ayguade (Capitainerie).
You will be able to make beautiful walks and also the possibility to park your boat.
You will find the Ayguade Market at 3 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.
Sites of interest near the apartment : - the Beach of L'Ayguade (5 min walk) ; - the Salins Beach (9 min walk) ; - and the Cani-plage park (15 min walk) and much more.

Proximité de la plage. Petits commerces proches.
Negative:
Les lits ne sont pas faits à l'arrivée; il faut payer la location des draps et des serviettes. Je préfèrerai avoir ce service inclus au moment de la réservation.

Bonne situation par rapport à la mer et au bus.
Negative:
Les clés sont difficiles à récupérer car le boîtier fonctionne mal. L environnement extérieur qui est laisse à l abandon. Et un peu cher du fait du ménage qui est inclu obligatoirement.

Fermetures des volets bricolés, le détecteur de fumée pas en place, pas de draps (en option)
