Our stunning 3-bedroom semi-detached town-house is available for rent. It is situated not far from Benalmadena Pueblo (old town) and right next to the beach.
Our house has a modern yet comfortable design and has a lot of natural light. Our house has 2 floors; the main entrance, a large living room with access to the kitchen and the dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 showers.
The residential area is of traditional Andalusian style and the neighborhood is very secure and of outstanding quality. quiet residential complex of the.

Due to the property being in a calmer part of Benalmadena we recommend renting a car. And we are happy to help you with this. Close by there are various restaurants, supermarkets and fun activities to explore. This area is an absolute gem.
In the surrounding area you will find; the small town Benalmadena Pueblo, where you will fall in love with the area at first sight. Also, not far away you have the city center Arroyo de la Miel; where you can take the local train to different parts of Benalmádena and its surroundings (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola). Your closest train station will be Torremuelle trainstation. You will have parks on short walking distance; where you can enjoy a variety of fauna and flora. But especially take a break in the peaceful surrounding nature. And of course, the beach, 2min walk away. This is only fractions of the things you can do.
