Swainson on Coombe is a comfortable deco-inspired 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residential house residing in the western Adelaide suburb of Allenby Gardens.
This home features beautiful polished Jarrah flooring and an updated fully equipped kitchen with stunning stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher included.
The spacious backyard is perfect for family entertaining.
The quiet front end of the house presents with a master bedroom and ensuite, next to the formal lounge.
The main bathroom, plus bedrooms two and three, surround the open plan living area that overlooks the kitchen, dining, and casual living space.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. _________________ #100% Cleanliness Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours. #100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If at the end of your stay, you are genuinely not 100% satisfied with your experience we will give you one night's accommodation free for your next booking. _________________ We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
The property is keyless and we will provide you with the code before check-in.
Check in is at any time after 3pm. _________________ Car parking in the secure, undercover driveway for five cars.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property.
The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out.
This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed or 2 King Singles Bedroom 2: 1 King bed or 2 King Singles + optional Sofa-bed Bedroom 3: 1 King bed or 2 King Singles Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed Living room: Optional Sofa-bed We allow cats and/or dogs only.
Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside.
Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside.
Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
