Our new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, pans, dishes, cups, glasses etc. We are sure you will have everything you need to rustle up some delicious food for you and the other guests.
Bedroom 1 has a comfy double bed and dedicated space for you to hang up your clothes during your stay along with two bedside tables.
There is a dressing table too for you to get ready for that big night out! You will benefit from our luxury hotel quality linen to give you a great nights sleep. The main bathroom is spacious and has a very luxury feel.
It is fully equipped with luxurious shower, wash basin, towel rail and toilet.
You will have our hotel style toiletries to use during your stay. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and guests can enjoy their luxury hotel grade linen.

The building is in a vibrant district of Central Manchester. We are a 5 minute walk away from Manchester Arena and have free on street parking outside along with our own dedicated spaces.
We are brilliantly located for public transport with the 135 bus stop at the end of the street along with Victoria Train and Metrolink station just a short walk away. You can walk into Manchester Arndale within 10 minutes and enjoy all Manchester has to offer.
There are great places nearby for a quick bite after a long day or a night out! We have a convenience store at the end of the road that has a great range of items. The property is also just a short walk from Manchester Fort where you will find great places like Nandos, KFC, M&S and many more.
There is free on street parking at the property.
