This lovely, modern apartment is in the Ampelokipoi neighborhood of Athens.
Recently refurbished, its design and new furnishings combine to create a welcoming and comfortable guest experience.
It is a retreat at the edge of the city's center, near several universities, restaurants, and cafes.
The nearby Metro line allows you to easily access most of the city's cultural attractions. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government.
All guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is: â¬8 per night for apartments â¬15 per night for villas Please note: This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Ampelokipoi is in the centre of Athens, near Zografou, Goudi, Psychiko and Pagkrati. The apartment is close to several bus lines connecting straight into Central Athens, including the Acropolis and other archaeological and touristic areas.
The Acropolis is about 20 minutes by Metro.

There is a dining table, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and sink.
Also included are items such as plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker,, pans, and pots. There are two spacious and well-furnished bedrooms.
Each has a comfortable queen bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area comfortably holds two additional guests.
The apartment comfortably accommodates six guests.
We provide all the bedlinens and towels for each bed and guest. There is a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower, and it is as stylish as the rest of the apartment.
A washing machine for your clothes adds to the apartment's conveniences. Additional features or amenities for this spacious apartment include air conditioning, dryer, WiFi, iron, and hairdryer.

Cet appartement pourrait être extraordinaire.Mais le nécessaire au niveau propreté n est pas à la hauteur draps, couettes, serviettes...tachés et usés. Dommage car il est très bien situé, proche Métro pour accés direct au centre ville et à l aéroport. Et très belle terrasse.
