Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool for rent in Bonifacio.
It measures 68 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa… - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A shared (unheated) swimming pool measuring 6 × 12 m, open from mid-April to mid-October - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - An unfenced, shared garden The flat is ideally situated in Bonifacio, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market... Activities: - Close to the beaches of southern Corsica - A visit to the old town of Bonifacio Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (2 spaces available) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest port: Porto-Vecchio, about 25 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Figari, about 15 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
