Just 5-10 minutes' walk to Leith Walk and Great Junction Street where multiple bus services connect directly to the city centre (15 minutes), Princes Street, and major attractions.
Everything in Leith is walkable and accessible.

The Shore and neighbourhood are best explored on foot. A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards.
This tax will be included in the accommodation price. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one with bathtub, the other with spacious walk-in shower and heated towel rack.

Fantastic flat, comfy beds and a nice relaxing lounge.
Key pick up was easy, and instructions from / communication with the host was great.
It’s a well located flat, close to public transport, and very convenient for all Leith has to offer, easy walking to most places for those able.
A great stay, and would definitely look to book again!

Fantastic location in Leith, close to the tram stop, and easy walking for all Leith has to offer.Key pick up was very easy, and instructions were clear.Properly itself was lovely, beds comfy, and a lovely lounge to relax in.Would definitely recommend, and will look to stay again!

The apartment is big and kitchen well equipped. Very quiet surroundings; small groceryshop across the street. Leith is very charming!
There is easy communication to the city center / bus and tram.
