Villa Arkè is an exclusive retreat nestled in the peaceful area of Capilungo, in Alliste, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. The property is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, as well as a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Also on this level are two large double bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. Going down to the lower level, accessible directly from the living room, you’ll find a relaxation area with two additional bedrooms—one double and one with a double sofa bed—along with a second bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are a real highlight: the pool is large and surrounded by sun loungers, shaded areas, and beautifully maintained greenery. There is a private tennis court for sports lovers, a barbecue perfect for dining under the stars, and an elegant veranda equipped for outdoor meals. An outdoor shower, private parking, and all those little details that turn a holiday into a memorable experience are also included.

For early check-outs, upon request and subject to acceptance, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra cost of €30.00 is required. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
