Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Font de la Figuera - Dr. Waksman, is just a 3-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Very enjoyable,
: The flat was in an excellent location for our purposes. It was well equipped and spacious.
The flat accommodates up to six people, however when we arrived there were only 2 dinner plates. We purchased a few more. The bowls and mugs are in poor condition with cracks, chips and missing handles. We managed as there were three usable mugs.

Had an excellent stay at this apartment! It's located just outside Russafa, so close to nightlife, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need.
It's a little noise outside to be expected in a big city and in the backyard from the terrace there's pigeons, so you can either enjoy their cooing or...
