This luxury villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and offers extensive panoramic sea views.
Villa Pirgi is characterized by a mix of minimal design and typical Cycladic architecture and it features large and cozy outdoors spaces and a large swimming pool.
This property offers all kind of comforts such as: living and dining areas (indoor and outdoor), a well equipped modern kitchen with all useful appliances (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishes and utensils), air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, stereo, garden, terraces and verandas, barbecue, private pool (equipped with sunbeds and a pool bar) and much more, ensuring a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
Among the several services, housekeeping is included with change of bed linens and bath towels twice weekly.

Rental rules:
The rates are for 7 people, over 7 people there is a surcharge of € 50 per day, per person (max. 2 persons).
Check-in time is from 14:00; Checkout time is within 12:00.
A Security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Housekeeping included in the rental price; change of linens and towels twice a week.

Everything was amazing, villa location close enough to the action but far enough to be quieter which was perfect. Villa amazing and kept so clean and tidy by Katerina and her friend- superb !!
