It is only 700 m away from the lower station of the gondola lift to Stóg Izerski, an ideal place for lovers of mountain hiking, skiing and picturesque views. At a distance of 2.2 km there is a charming Park Zdrojowy with a historic Mineral Water Pump Room, well-kept alleys and atmospheric corners that encourage walks and relaxation. History lovers will certainly appreciate a visit to Czarci Młyn, a historic mill with original equipment and an interactive exhibition, located 3.8 km away. An additional advantage of the location is convenient access to means of transport, the PKP railway station is located 2 km away, and the nearest bus stop is only 1.6 km from the building, which provides convenient connections with nearby towns and the rest of the region.
