Great apartment recently renovated (2019), located right by Marquês square with a lovely terrace and very close to the metro station!

We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance. After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email. IMPORTANT NOTE: For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you canât manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it. For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you canât manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation. Check-ins after 20:00 have a surcharge of â¬20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in. Pets: Allowed.

Praça do Marquês, one of the most iconic squares in Porto, is just around the corner and it's filled with little cafes, shops and a few restaurants. Metro line D is just around the corner and there are also plenty of BUS connections.
In case you are driving, there is an indoor parking space that charges â¬10/24h. The closest supermarket is 2 minutes away and walking to the heart of the city will take you 15minutes. You will find plenty of local shops and supermarkets close to us as well as all the main attractions of Porto are just a few minutes away. This is a very cozy 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities and comfort you would expect.

appartamento al piano terra bello,luminoso ben pulito.Fermata metro vicina.Parcheggio non disponibile ma si trova un parcheggio a pagamento vicino(10 euro al giorno).Supermercato alimentare vicino. Ci siamo trovati bene.Consigliamo.Suggeriamo di aggiungere supporti per poggiare le valigie.
